Okay I did have a problem of the famous blue screen problem. I fixed that and used then used the OS to reboot. Now I cant get on internet (I do not have a wireless laptop,using USB) and when i restarted my laptop i saw a message that said c"\windows\system32\md.exe what does this mean?while i am waiting for someone to respond i am going to unplug my USB cord and shut down my laptop, hopefully that works for the internet.1 person needs an answerI do too
